Tourist Travel Requirements for a Algeria Visa for Indian Citizens

1. Passport

   The applicant's actual passport. The passport must:

   • Have at least two blank visa pages
   • Be valid for six months beyond exit date
   • Not be damaged in any way

2. Copy of Passport

   A copy of the first and the last information page of the applicant's passport

3. Photographs

   You must provide two colour, passport type photographs that meet the following criteria:

   • Be taken within the last three months and printed on high quality photo paper
   • Be taken against an all white background
   • Be 2.5 inches by 2.5 inches in size
   • Provide the full frontal view of your head with your face centered in the middle and displaying a neutral (non-smiling) expression
   • You may wear neither spectacles nor headwear except for religious purposes
   • Your photo should not be affixed to your application and it may not display evidence of adhesive or staples

4. Business Cover Letter

   You must provide an original Business Cover Letter from the applicant's Indian employer. All letters must be printed on company letterhead that displays an Indian postal address in order to prevent a rejection and possible delays with your visa request.

   Note that most embassies require the Business Cover Letter to be dated within one month of application submission.

   In addition your Business Cover Letter must:
   • Be addressed to "The Visa Office, Embassy of Algeria, Visa Section, 2/2, Shanti Niketan, New Delhi"
   • Indicate applicant's personal details (name , date of birth, passport number, designation) 
   • Indicate the nature of business to be performed and name and address of the reference to be visited
   • Be signed by the authorized signatory with name, designation, and contact number
   • Be stamped with company stamp
     

5. Letter of Invitation

   A letter of invitation from the company the applicant is visiting. A copy is acceptable. This letter must:

   • Be on company letterhead paper
   • Be addressed to "The Visa Office, Embassy of Algeria, Visa Section, 2/2, Shanti Niketan, New Delhi"
   • Include the applicant's name, date of birth, job title and passport number
   • Bear the stamp of the inviting company
   • Bear the signature of the inviting party
   • Be attested by the Algerian Chamber of Commerce, with seal and signature

6. Proof of Travel Arrangements

   Details of travel arrangements. This must be provided as:

   • A copy of the flight confirmation showing onward/return travel.
   • A copy of the hotel confirmation

7. Proof of Vaccination

   A copy of a COVID-19 vaccination certificate. This certificate must:

   • State the name of the applicant
   • Include the date of vaccination
   • Indicate full vaccination against COVID-19

8. Registration Certificate

   This must be provided as a photocopy of the Certificate of Incorporation (Company Registration) of the Indian company.

9. Proof of Financial Means

   The applicant must provide proof of financial means. This must be provided as:

   • Updated personal bank statements for the last six months with bank seal and signature, indicating the applicant's salary
   • Applicant's Income Tax Return (ITR) for the last three years
   • Salary slips for the last three months with company seal and signature

10. Visa Application Form

    One fully completed and signed visa application form. The form must:

    • Be completed in block capitals
    • Be printed and signed by the applicant in blue/black ink only

11. CIBTvisas Order Form

    Provide the CIBTvisas Order Form included in this kit.

    Please note that all card payments will only be made upon completion of the visa application process. 

12. Applicants holding previous passport(s)

    Applicants must provide the original of previously issued passport(s), if applicable.
